Over recent years, the regulation and focus on the pleasure and commercial-pleasure sectors of our industry have increased significantly. There is no doubt that this will increase rather than decrease. Whether your yacht falls in to the ‹24m or ›24m code it is important to address the issue now. VMG Projects can coordinate the process; identifying what regulations you are subject to, the feasibility of implementation and the process of survey and certification. We will work closely with the Captain and Engineers to achieve solutions to satisfy the regulations that are practical and reasonable aboard your vessel. Contrary to popular belief, the MCA appointed surveyors do not try and make life difficult for the sake of it and when engaged in positive dialogue, they are very constructive and helpful.
